Return and Refund Policy
If you are not 100% happy with your order, we will accept returns for a full refund, so long as:
- Your return is unused and unaltered with all original shoe box contents and packaging
- Your return is sent back within 30 days of the original order date
We will not accept any worn or damaged items. Examples of products that we will not provide a refund for include products with creases, scratches, or scuffed outsoles.
For items that meet our return policy, return shipping is always free. Please contact us at email@example.com to receive a return label. We will respond to return requests as quickly as possible.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will refund your original method of payment and you will receive a notification email. Please allow 5-10 days for your return to reach our warehouse and another 3-5 days for your return to be processed.
If your return does not meet our policy, you will be notified by our team.
