Return/Exchange and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY (only offered on non-sale items, within 14 days)

If you are not 100% happy with your order, we will accept returns for a full refund, so long as:

  • Your return is unused and unaltered with all original shoe box contents and packaging.
  • Your return is sent back within 30 days of the original order date.

We will not accept any worn or damaged items. Examples of products that we will not provide a refund for include products with creases, scratches, or scuffed outsoles.

For any product that is eligible for return and credit in new condition will be subject to payment of a restocking fee of $35 per pair. Worn or used items are not eligible for return, and Blackstock & Weber will not be obligated to accept the return of any damaged item that is not returned in new, unworn condition.

EXCHANGES (only offered on non-sale items, within 30 days)

If the size you received does not fit you, we are happy to help you return them for store credit in order to reorder the correct size and make sure you are comfortable in your B&W products. To receive store credit for your exchange, the original product must be unworn and in new condition. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your shoes. Requests after this point will be denied. We offer free exchanges in the contiguous US, unless otherwise noted on certain products (namely pre-orders and seconds). Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns/exchanges for Military Forwarders, APOs.

Free exchanges are offered within the contiguous US if merchandise is unworn and brand new. Only one free exchange/return per order. For example, if you exchange for another pair and that size doesn't fit you either, the shipping cost for a second exchange is then paid by the customer.

For exchanges more than 20 days from purchase date but less than 30 days, you will need to contact customer support to receive a shipping label. Contact us at support@blackstockandweber.com.

Return Process

For items that meet our return policy, return shipping is always free. Please contact us at support@blackstockandweber.com to receive a return label. We will respond to return requests as quickly as possible.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will refund your original method of payment and you will receive a notification email. Please allow 5-10 days for your return to reach our warehouse and another 3-5 days for your return to be processed.

If your return does not meet our policy, you will be notified by our team.

Blackstock & Weber will not be responsible for returns lost in transit.
