We’re obsessed with craft, history and tradition. That’s why we’ve partnered with a third generation factory in England that’s been making the shoes the same way for over 150 years. Our artisans are addicted to their craft, some with tenures of over 30 years under their belt.

Each artisan has one specific function in the 250 step process that it takes to make a single pair of B&W shoes. These processes are completed by hand and guided by the experienced eye of the artisan, making each pair unique and one of a kind.

Shoemaking is a trade usually passed down from generation to generation, which is why most of our artisans work steps away from a relative or spouse.
